Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

If you have made a mistake in ordering or have used the 'Back' button and then found duplicate items listed in the shopping cart, go back to the main Catalog and select 'View Cart', then edit as necessary.

We accept credit card payment using Visa, Mastercard or Switch. If you prefer not to enter credit card details on the site, you can choose to send your order by fax, letter or telephone.

Delivery is FREE within the UK. Please contact us for packing, insurance and postage costs for non-UK delivery.

We will normally despatch your order to you in 7 business days.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

VAT at 17.5% will be added to all orders.

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of Perishable Products, Personalised Products or Sealed Products where the seal has been broken.

Notification of faulty goods should be made within three days of the goods being received. Our liability will be limited to the replacement or issue of credit against goods acknowledged by us to be faulty, providing such faults have not be caused by your misuse, negligent handling or improper handling.

All goods are to be returned at your expense.

If you need to return any goods, please wrap the package securely as it may not be possible to offer a replacement or refund on goods which are damaged during return transit.
